Federal Communications Commission Approves
Bluetooth for Nokia 6103 February 13th, 2006
The
Federal Communications Commission has approved the release
of Nokia 6103, which is an updated version of the 6101
model. The only difference between the two is that the
Nokia 6103 comes with Bluetooth technology enabled.
This move comes after FCC approved Nokia's
3250 music phone and N70 and N91 (business cell phones).
Some of the notable features of the Nokia 6103 include:
- Video recording and playback
- EDGE Technology allowing rapid transfer
of data and multimedia content
- Nokia Xpress audio messaging
- Email, SMS and MMS
- Integrated VGA Camera
- 65k Color screen
- FM Radio Push
It is expected the Nokia 6103 will retail
for about US $400.
