Introduction

The next phone in line to be released on market after MOTORAZR is of course MOTORIZR. The new Motorola RIZR Z3, known to the market under the synonym of Capri , or MOTORIZR, was released in the first week of July, at an event in Cape Town , South Africa . Motorola RIRZ V3 front black

This is Motorola's most anticipated ultra-slim cell phone, and above all Motorola's first slider handset to be available globally. Outstanding is not only the design of the phone, but also the great 2 MegaPixel camera phone, the MP3 player and the connectivity options. This phone is a music lover's excellent choice but also a phone that makes himself very useful in loud places, due to the loud speakerphone.

Similar to GSM KRZR, it is quad-band, making it a good asset for people who travel abroad, as they might roam seamlessly across countries and continents. The supported band types are GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz equivalent to the networks it can function in.

The looks of the phone are appealing, since the MOTORIZR can come in many rich and vivid colors like red, blue etc.

The feature that makes the phone unique is the ultra smooth slider. This slider easily glides open with a simple push to the elevated lens treatment. Once opened, MOTORIZR delights the user with a clean look and a 5-Way keypad. The keypad design is very similar to that found in the RAZR line of handsets, but has a cleaner and more easily used layout. On the back of the slide, Motorola has hidden a small surprise. When you slide the MOTORIRZ open, a small, cute, silvery pattern is revealed. This pattern is a so called “tattoo”, which Motorola attaches to every phone disregarding network or phone color, for now.

Motorola's RIZR Z3 design has as main features the dimensions that are of only 105 x 45 x 17 mm and the weight of only 111 grams. The featured display is very clear and bright, at a resolution of 176x220 and a size of 1.9 inches.

Standing out as main feature of the cell phone is the small 2 MegaPixel camera /Flash / Zoom / Video Recorder. The camera works in landscape orientation, just like any other regular digital camera, making it really easy to use. A dedicated shutter button for the camera is placed on the sides of the phone. Comparing to past MegaPixel cameras that Motorola has had on other cell phones, this camera has a much better image quality. With the camera you can take pictures in night mode, hence the bright LED flash that comes with it. The camera can also be used for video capture and playback.

With a youthful design and bright colors, the Motorola RIRZ Z3 gives the user the opportunity to satisfy his music needs. That means the phone is a perfect for anyone that loves listening to music. Available for the regular user is the built-in music player that supports many formats as MP3 / AAC / AAC+ / eACC+.

Motorola RIRZ V3 cameraMOTORIRZ Z3 makes use of the latest version of the Motorola UI that has been seen in other devices. MotoSYNC, a system for synchronizing phone data with Microsoft Exchange Server, is integrated into the phone. This phone arrives with a Li-Ion battery, enough to talk for about 3.25 hours. The cell phone can stay in standby for up to 222 hours. Its creators incorporated a 20.0 MB memory, more than enough for one's daily tasks! To expand the available memory, the RIZR Z3 has a microSD memory card slot (maxim 1GB). Adding to its internal memory external memory can be added of format microSD / TransFlash memory cards.

In the communication and interaction field, the phone is gives the chance to the user to send both SMS and EMS , and, as a bonus MMS.

In case you get some free time, the cell phone can help you spare it by offering J2ME games.

The High speed data transfer uses the GPRS (Class 12) / EDGE technology. It can also be connected to a computer with a cable to share information.

Motorola expects the MOTORIZR Z3 to start shipping in this half of 2006. The pricing information is not clear, although as a hint, the price would be similar to RAZR V3 had when it was first made available.
