WAP Internet

The Motorola uses Openwave 6.2 browser as the WAP provider. With this Internet capability, users can chat on Yahoo, MSN and AIM Messengers, access the latest news on weather, flight schedules and stocks, send/receive emails as well as check what's hitting up the movie theaters.

The transfer speed of data is 144kbps, which tells you right away that this phone is not meant for viewing streaming videos. It is rather optimized for reading text and non graphic intensive pages. In comparison, other cell phones come with Verizon's 3G EV-DO (Evolution-Data Optimized) service. With this service, they can access lots of high graphic and video content on their phones.

Memory Capacity

The storage memory capacity of V325 is 32mb which is huge. With this much of storage space, you will have no trouble stuffing up your ringtones, screensavers, wallpapers and more on the phone.

Connections

The V325 is not very good when it comes to connectivity to ringtones, screensavers and other cool content. This is because it lacks Bluetooth or an infrared port, which are essential for rapid data transfers. If you want to download multimedia with this phone, you will probably have to subscribe to Verizon's Get It Now service.

Entertainment

motorola v325 gameWhen it comes to cell phone games and java applications, the V325 is built on the BREW platform (Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless). With this feature, users can download tons of games and applications to their cell phones. Examples include advanced alarm clocks, financial calculators, stock codes, and console games. More Java games can be downloaded thanks to the built in BREW software (Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless)
